What data we collect

When you complete the quote form, we collect your full name, phone number, optionally your email, and the information you provide about your event or food-service needs (number of guests, event type, message).

We only collect the data necessary to prepare a quote and get in touch with you.

How we use your data

We use your details solely to respond to your request, prepare a quote and communicate with you about our services.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) given when submitting the form, as well as our legitimate interest in responding to prospective-client enquiries.

How long we keep data

We retain your details for as long as needed to handle your request and, where a partnership follows, for as long as tax and commercial law requires. Otherwise, we delete them within a reasonable period.

Who we share data with

Form submissions are processed via the Web3Forms service, which forwards the message to our email. The hCaptcha verification service is used to protect the form from automated abuse. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

Website analytics (Google Analytics)

If you accept it via the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) for anonymous usage statistics of this website, with IP anonymization enabled. This processing is based solely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw as described in the Cookie Policy.
